Chick-fil-A

I eat here A LOT. This is like my second time getting Mac & Cheese like this. It’s so crazy that I have had several issues with my order in the past. When called, I’m told to let hold it and bring it back in the next day; I guess to “prove” the discrepancies. So crazy, I don’t need free food. I want quality food. So since I wasn’t going to hold on to this Mac & cheese until MONDAY (ordered Saturday night), I decided to bring awareness to the declining level of service here at our Albany location.

I ordered two Market Salads, and when I got home, this is what I received. I was extremely disappointed. This does not reflect the quality or standards I’m used to from Chick-fil-A. I usually have great experiences here, which makes this one especially frustrating.

Awesome location and service!! Placed a large dine in order and they knocked it outta the park!!

Service was great. Only two issues: 1. Men’s restroom was dirty & 2. My grilled chicken club sandwich had a VERY thin piece of chicken, and only one strip of bacon torn into three small pieces. It was a sandwich of mostly bread, lettuce, and tomato.

This is the worst Chick Fil A out of the hundreds across the country, I have been to. I was passing through Albany and stopped at Chick Fil A as the always safe restaurant I go to. This one is the first I have ever encountered that had rude employees, charged for extra sauces and salad dressing. When I shared my frustration with the manager of the poor experience they told me items such as charging for sauces is a an owner operator decision and shared no concern about my business. I fully support Chick Fil A as a whole but not this one. Go elsewhere.
