1SEPT.2025 Exceptional drive thru service. The young lady with the braids(9:20a.m.) that received my money for my order was a wonderful representative for this location. My food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Great experience.

Came in here last Friday evening for about an hour and a half as my kids enjoy their play area. The service was pretty good, however in the 1.5 hours we were there, many tables turned and not a single one of them was cleaned. The trash cans were overflowing, and every employee it seemed was just hanging out and socializing at the guest tables. Cleanliness in the dining are area must not be a priority.

I go to this Chick-fil-A pretty regularly, the food quality is pretty inconsistent. More than half the time food comes out stale or lukewarm. I tried some other locations recently and they completely knocked it out of the park with food quality. Hot, fresh, wonderful service. The service here is always fantastic, but quality/consistency does need to be improved.

Every chik fil A I have been to has been outstanding customer service but this location the entire staff are amazing. My food came to my table fast. The bathroom was clean. The restaurant was clean. A gentleman after I finished eating just now offered to refill my drink. I was throwing away my trash which he took. I didn't ask for a refill but he asked me if I wanted one before I left. He wore glasses forgot his name has a slight limp no disrespect. He deserves a raise. He has me smiling. Such a wonderful person with a smile. Really made my day. Another black guy with dreads saw my drink spilled and got me napkins also. The lady at the front register amazing. The entire staff just incredible. I live all the way in Alexandria. My girlfriend lives in annapolis so I will return to this locati
