Had the worst service and food experience in all my years of eating Chick-Fil-A food. Curbside service completely ignored me and my order. Had to go into restaurant to retrieve my food and staff was not helpful! To make matters worse, the sandwich I ordered, both the chicken and the bun were burned. I registered a complaint with Chick-Fil-A over the phone. Did obtain a response from the owner at this location and he was not very apologetic for my situation. He offered no compensation or other for my experience just a thanks for bringing it to my attention. Pretty sorry and unacceptable. Will not be going back to this location since they obviously have forgotten about customer service and food quality!

I used to love the Cobb Salad from Chick-fil-A and ordered it regularly — until I found a dead bug in mine the day after purchasing it from this store. I was horrified, especially because I have a sensitive stomach and had already eaten part of the salad the night before. I submitted a complaint through Chick-fil-A CARES and emailed and sent photos to management. While I eventually received a refund after calling the store myself, no one followed up to offer a resolution or even acknowledge the issue beyond asking for photos. I’m sharing this to raise awareness. Mistakes happen, but the way they are handled matters. I’m disappointed and won’t be ordering salads from here again.

Quick, friendly service and good food. They even gave us all the sauces we requested via the app without us having to ask. The store was clean and had a kids play area.

I would like to share an unfortunate experience I had this morning at your Chick-fil-A location at 4201 Chantilly Shopping Center, Chantilly, VA. My friend placed an online order at 7:15 AM, and I arrived at the store around 7:20 AM to pick it up. A team member asked for the name on the order, which I provided. Around 7:25 AM, another employee asked again for the name and the order number, so I showed a photo of the receipt and the order details. At that point, one of the servers told me that the system showed the order had been placed twice, which is why it had not been prepared. I called my friend to confirm that she had only placed the order once. I asked the employee whether I should continue waiting or leave, and I was told to wait. After about five more minutes, I checked in again

Went to drive through. They got my name wrong and when I got my spicy chicken deluxe, the lettuce was rotten and the sandwich was cold as if out of a fridge. They should know better than to serve cold chicken. Smh I should report them to the department of health for serving salmonella in a cold sandwich.
