Chick-fil-A

I visited the Chick fil A on Estes today. It was 41° outside, and staff were still required to stand outdoors taking drive thru orders instead of working from the window. I asked the employee helping me if there was a cutoff temperature for being outside. She said no. I said, “You’ve got to be freezing,” and she pulled her jacket tighter around herself. It was clear she could not speak freely. I asked to speak with a manager and told them I was not purchasing food. A young female manager came out. She was polite, but clearly repeating a script. I told her it is absolutely unacceptable to require employees to stand outside in 41° weather. She replied, “But they have a heater.” I said that does not matter. I asked again if there was a cutoff temperature. She said there is not and that this

I went during breakfast and lunch, and the food and service were fantastic. The chicken was hot and fresh, and that goes for the hashbrowns and fries. The employees greeted me when I walked in and were very friendly. I didn’t have to wait too long for my food to be ready, which was a nice touch to my experience. I highly recommend this place😊

What an amazing experience it was to come here and have the best food ever. Owen was fantastic, he kept checking up on us and made sure we have everything and was cleaning the tables! Another fantastic job from Josie who took our order and was very nice!

Had a really bad experience here. I asked for a small fry for my three year old that had surgery and was told they couldn’t drop it. I used to work at chick fila and i know they can drop a fry no problem. It would have made my toddlers day. It’s sad this world we live in one fry is too much for a 3 year old…I’d love to speak with a store manager about this. Yes it was 10:10 in the morning but you expect me to wait til 1030 when it’s in the freezer right by the fryer. Literally so crazy to me.

Just like most Chick Fil-A's, this new location has excellent customer service - both in Drive-Thru and Dine-In. I've been here multiple times since they opened a few months ago, and I have to say that this is the best fast food spot in the Chapel Hill area, especially for breakfast. The dining area looks somewhat smaller than most Chick Fil-As I've been to - not in terms of space but the amount of seats. Regardless, I was able to easily find a seat in my latest visit for breakfast. There's pop music from the radio playing in just the right volume, so the atmosphere doesn't feel dead. Place looks clean overall and temperature is just right despite the cold weather outside. Chick fil-A's app is one of the best for ordering in any method. I never have to go to the front counter when dining
