Chick-fil-A

I love Chick fil a but the 12 count nugget box is only half full nowadays which is just completely inexcusable and makes me not wanna go to this location anymore...

Brought me a cob salad 10/29/25 got all the way home and the salad was no good and had no chicken in it. I had to drive all the way back to return it 10 mins away 😩

This is the worst location!!! One time they gave me undercooked chicken when I ordered breakfast. Today I ordered in the drive thru, it took forever to make it to the front of the line when they hand out food. As I’m waiting at the very front it took forever up there too. I wasn’t complaining about that though that’s normal I guess. My problem comes when my drinks are brought the employee told me to park. Mind you, at this point I’ve already waited a long time. When I asked her “why can’t I just pull forward I don’t feel comfortable parking” she says because I’ll block others. I’ll block others is crazy!!!! Their parking lot is an absolute nightmare to get in and out of it’s an accident waiting to happen which is why I opt for the drive thru. The customer service here sucks but let’s circl

We usually have a great experience when we dine in, drive thru or delivery. Today was not a good experience. My wife ordered delivery today for lunch through Door Dash. When it showed up, we started unpacking and noticed one of the kids meals were missing. They had the drink for it just no meal. When I called the location , I was told by management that it was a Door Dash problem. All bags were sealed when we got them so I asked why it was a door dash problem when they( chic fil a) load bags and seal them. I was then told that the driver is supposed to unseal bags and inspect order to make sure it was correct. That sounds like shifting responsibility to me. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I did not appreciate how the food tasted! I have two engaged best friends and one is pregnant and whatever was in the chik fil a sandwich she ate, she might have gotten food poisoning! You better pray that her unborn child is okay because I don't tolerate people who don't do their job right especially towards pregnant women, even if you guys are short staffed. Start being mindful of other people's feelings especially when it comes to a pregnant women and start cooking the food properly!
