10 STARS! As a visitor from London 🇺🇸 we were greeted with the lovely employees with a huge smile on their face. The location and parking are great. Chik-fil-A here was very clean, good temperature inside and of course delicious chicken! Sauce and potato waffles - spectacular. HOWEVER, the employees are the stars and foundation of this branch. A heartfelt thank you to Gaitirie (I hope I spelt it correctly) who made our first visit EXTRA SPECIAL. She kindly gifted us some treats on the menu on the house and we couldn’t have been more grateful. Also a big warm shout-out to Aaliyah (I also hope I spelt your name correctly) who was the lovely lady who first greeted us. Passed by this branch on my way back to my hotel. I dinned in. That drive-thru queue was crazy! Service was excellent, clean table. Ordered the deluxe sandwich without tomatoes and medium fries. Delicious as usual, 10/10. Shout out to that dude that gave me those mints! May nothing but blessings come to you.

I love Chic-fil-a, but almost every time we order for pickup, something is wrong or missing from the order. They are always super accommodating and happy to correct it, but this requires returning to the store, which costs time and convenience. I get that it will happen sometimes, but for us it’s often. A little QC’ing of the orders will go along way. The most recent experience we had two of the four sandwiches missing. I went back and they remade the whole order (which was a great gesture). But, when we got back home (the second time) to eat, I took a bite of my sandwich and some sort of plastic or foil product wrapper mixed in the sandwich. At that point, I felt like I couldn’t go back and say anything, even I found it hard to believe.

Great customer service! I wanted to say that Lonnie was so polite and friendly! Also, Whitney was so patient taking orders!

worst chic fil a ever, every time I come here they have the worst workers (different people) who never know how to take orders. My order is messed up every single time.
