Love CFA, but how do you constantly mess up simple orders? Multiple occasions we have ordered food and it came out wrong. “PJ” means pepper jack. Just this location, bad apple

Mediocre at best. Everytime I order, something is wrong. I order Southwest Salad with spicy filet. I only caught that wrong when they handed it. At work I unpack my meal and I was given yogurt toppings, granola and almonds? I love Chick-fil-a but this spot needs to slow down or something. They send it out in 30 seconds not enough time to even stop and realize. I'm about to just get KFC. Ugh the flavors and portions changed there. I don't know where else to go. 😭

I absolutely LOVE chick fil a! They're delicious! Everyone is so nice and cheerful. I love the chicken club sandwich and wish it was on the menu year round. I also wish I could buy the honey roasted BBQ sauce in stores, it's the absolute sauce!! Their cookies and cream milkshake is soo good too! I love Chick-fil-a!!

TL;DR: Great employees, good food, expedient even for a weekday lunch. Will return. Not my first time at this location, but the first time going without my husband (who is the bigger CFA consumer in our family). I received a gift card and came here for lunch through the drive thru, which was expectedly packed for a Friday. I was nervous because I wanted to go in so I could see the menu and stay within my budget, but with how the parking lot was compounded by the busyness, I was destined to stay in my car. The gentleman who helped me offered me a clip menu and recommended a combo that would offer me the best bang for my buck without going over my gift card amount. He was very sweet and patient, and he definitely reinforced the idea that Chick-fil-a has a high standard for customer service
