Who doesn't love this place? Drive thru and service is always the best. Food is always correct and fresh. Love the spicy chicken sandwiches and always treat myself to a chocolate shake. Usually get a side order of nuggets with the chicken fil a sauce!

I recently placed an order through the mobile app for my family’s dinner and requested a Spicy Cool Wrap without the cheese blend. When we picked up our curbside order, the team member explained that my wrap still had cheese because they “won’t make it without,” saying they only serve the wraps as advertised. I asked why it wasn’t possible to simply make one at the prep counter without cheese, and she said it was against policy. I then asked if the policy was to not make things to order, and she confirmed that it was. I then spoke with the manager, who told me, “If we do it for one, we have to do it for all.” However, when I asked about customers with allergies or intolerances, she admitted exceptions could be made—which completely contradicted her earlier response. Sissy is truly the heart of this Chick-fil-A! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel like family. She didn’t just stop by once—she visited every single table, refilling drinks, checking in, and sparking conversations that felt genuine and warm. It wasn’t the usual “How’s your food?”, she took the time to laugh with us, share stories, and brighten the entire dining room. It’s rare these days to meet someone in customer service who carries so much joy and care into their work, but Sissy is that person. She’s a kind soul who goes above and beyond, making the experience memorable for everyone she meets. Chick fil A is lucky to have her, employees like Sissy are the reason people keep coming back!

Placed an order today. They forgot my sandwich, and doing so I had to come back for them to place another order. This staff did not even apologize for the inconvenience of me driving back. I asked if they can give me a drink with the meal since I had to drive all the way back to the store. The manager on shift told me she gave me fries for the inconvenience. Thank you for the fries but now my drink is hot and I would have enjoyed a nice cold drink to down this food. I guess this is the way Stephen Kennedy likes to run his store. Maybe some training on being kind and apologizing to customers who spend a good amount of money for having to drive out of the way to get their food they paid for.

I ordered 2 things. Literally 2 things. Chicken strips and a chicken sandwich. They messed up the sandwich. I asked for just cheese on it, the worker even asked for clarification. There's a special label on the box they gave me, and they still put tomatoes, lettuce and pickles. Honestly, it's not that difficult to just put chicken and cheese in a bun. There was like 1 car behind me and one ahead of me, so it wasn't super busy either. Disappointing and overpriced.
