The newly opened Chick-fil-A in Coral Springs is fantastic! The ambience is modern and welcoming, everything feels brand new and exceptionally clean, and the bigger parking space makes a huge difference. Ordering and pickup were smooth, and the overall experience was comfortable and well organized. Definitely one of the best Chick-fil-A locations around — happy to have this open after a long break.

The food was fresh and staff were friendly. I needed to change my entire order after I already placed it and the lady in the front was very helpful. Im happy she didn’t give attitude or turn me away as some may be annoyed by the process it takes for a refund. She was great and so was the guy that initially took my order . Thank you for friendly service ! It leaves a great impression and keeps people coming back .

I wanted to leave a review because of the exceptional service I received at the Chick-fil-A in Coral Springs, especially from an employee named Amadeo. Amadeo is one of the kindest people I’ve encountered in a long time. He greets everyone warmly, walks around the dining area making sure customers are taken care of, and truly pays attention to people. Tonight, my order had been forgotten, and without his help I probably wouldn’t have received it. He noticed the issue and went out of his way to check on it and make sure everything was resolved. I’ve honestly missed this location, so I was really excited to see Chick-fil-A Coral Springs reopen. This has always been my go-to spot, and coming back felt like everything I remembered — just better. The team was warm and welcoming from the second I walked in, and even during a busy time, they handled everything smoothly. My order was fresh, hot, and exactly how I like it (those waffle fries never disappoint). It’s more than just fast food — it’s the consistency and hospitality that make it stand out. So glad to have this location back. I’ll definitely be a regular again.
