Chick-fil-A Delivery

Ordered online (mobile) purposely to have a "rapid pickup". I then Drive to the location, and the food is still not ready. I was informed 15 more minutes. Is this a joke?? First and last time here.

We ordered for pick up today. Food was cooked perfectly and ready in about 5 mins. It’s located in a food hall building with a large free parking lot. Self pick up was simple and convenient. Really cool concept. The employee at the front was friendly and helpful in introducing other restaurants here. We are excited to try some of them next time. It’s only take out and delivery though. Glad we found this place

Place is giving Willy Wonka empty warehouse absent any humans vibes but the food is just as good as any normal Chik fil A. Legend tells if you go on a day before a full moon you might be able to catch sight of an Oompa Loompa on the other side of the pick up cubicle.

So slow for fast food. I ordered online before getting there but still waited 20 minutes for a burger. Does it really take that long to assemble a burger? This is a follow up I’m adding 30 minutes later: they got my order wrong - I ordered 3 burgers and got 2. Also, I asked for lite ice in my Coke but got a room temperature Coke with no ice.

I usually order here once a month because it get expensive with delivery. My last order, my large french fries were only half full and I complained and got a free french fry for my next order which I ordered today. Same problem!!! Why aren't these being filled o the top? I don't think I will be ordering anymore because I am paying almost 25 dollars for this meal to be delivered and my fries should be chock full. Attached are photos for refrence
