Chick-fil-A

This is my first time having chick fil a in a while, I went in with high expectations! I got a chicken sandwich, macaroni and cheese and delicious waffle fries. I enjoyed all of them and their flavor was multiplied paired up with the chick fil a sauce. Also, the service was amazing. In the end, my expectations were exceeded!

I ordered from the Queens Mall Center Chick-fil-A in New York, and I was honestly very disappointed. The chicken I got had a lot of skin and fatty pieces — it was really disgusting and ruined my meal. This is not what I expect from Chick-fil-A, which is usually known for good quality food. If I wanted to deal with that much skin, I wouldn’t have ordered from here. It’s unacceptable, and I’m definitely letting others know about this experience. I hope the management pays more attention to food quality and checks what’s being served to customers.

I ordered the Market Salad today around 3 PM, and it was extremely fresh and clean. I’ve ordered this salad before, but it has never been this good. Everything tasted perfectly prepared. I really appreciate the person who made it — clearly very experienced and did an excellent job

This Chick-fil-a was such an experience. The food was amazing and Sonya is the sweetest lady ever!!! Her customer service is top notch and would love her to serve me again. She personally brought our food to us and refilled our drink. It was such a PLEASURE. Please give Sonya a raise.

Delicious and amazing food. My favorite fast food chain. You can feel the quality ingredients. Coming back soon to this location. I highly recommend the spicy deluxe and grill club sandwich.
