Chick-fil-A

It’s fast food, so it is what it is. The staff are friendly and pleasantly take your order. It’s always busy but orders don’t take too long. Good location and plenty of parking.

This chick-fil-A was a very pleasant experience. My wife and I came in for lunch before shopping. We got in line to order food and one of the associates noticed the line building and jumped on a register to help his coworker get the line down. Everyone was very friendly. The establishment was very clean and tidy. The restaurant was nearly full it was hard to find a spot to sit but everyone was happy and smiling enjoying their food.

Do not come to this location! I ordered the chicken tenders and this is what they gave me as a piece. Basically smashed chicken made flat. This is unacceptable. I order this from the crystal city location often and they always put actual tenders, I’ve never had this issue before with chick fila. This location is trying to scam customers. Sad to see chick fila quality taking a hit.

I went into chick-fil-a this morning and when was drinking my iced coffee when I noticed a moth or some kind of bug inside of my drink. I was absolutely appalled to find out I had been drinking from a bug infested drink this entire time. The lack of cleanliness and attention to detail in this store is disgusting. I wanted a refund or some sort of compensation, but I was unable to submit any sort of report on their app or website besides “temperature and food quality”. When I called they said the store was independently owned so the store would have to deal with it. The lack of customer care and customer service is so disappointing.

Coffee stirrers! Please include them in the bag when people order curbside. I’ve been here 4 times and I’ve never received one in either order. I will like to stir my creamer in the car. At times the people delivering my food have no idea what I’m talking about (language barriers). Please train employees to include them with coffee orders. It’s something so small, but annoying during morning commutes when ordering coffee.
