Today was me and my wife’s first time at this particular chick-FIL- A . I was impressed the restaurant was clean the vibe was cool , the decor as well . I had the crispy spicy chicken sandwich with waffles French fries plus some chicken tenders. My wife had the macaroni and cheese with some chicken tenders and waffles fries. My chicken sandwich was great crispy with a bit of spice to it. Their waffle fries were soft with a little bit of a crunch perfect. Their chicken tenders were delicious with some sweet & spicy sriracha sauce,along with some honey mustard.The combination was delicious. My wife and son enjoyed their Mac & cheese . Don't see myself ever coming back here. I've been fortunate enough to have been to many chic fil a across the state and even the country. This new location was one of the worst food experiences I have in any fast food. The fries looked dry even crusty. The chicken sandwich was volcanic level hot! After waiting 5-10 minutes to get a seat I opened the chicken sandwich and smoke was pouring out. Gave it a couple more minutes to cool off and first bite I feel something hit my tongue. It was burning hot oil, it burned my tongue really bad. (Not posting the burn on my tongue, would be absolutely gross) Didn't finish the fries, didn't finished the chicken sandwich and just left after taking second bite and oil shot out onto my sweater.

Chick-fil-la continues to make fools of fast food competition with their top-notch service. The manager here is a really pleasant guy, and all the staff is well trained. They keep the dining area clean, snd often offer wetnaps, sauces, and other niceties when you dine-in. The food is tasty for fast food, I always feel full but not too stuffed unlike other fast food chains. I wish there were some value items on the menu but not if it comes at the cost of less than stellar customer service. Chick-fil-la in Forest Hills puts the service at nearby restaurants to shame. Great spot and good addition to the neighborhood.

I went to this location with my 2 year old daughter today and we ate there, this review is about the manager that was there today 11.29 at 2:10pm ish: what a nice and warm person! My daughter and I were sitting down and he came to our table to give us a cow toy /ornament which my daughter loved! Then he called someone that was dressed up as a cow to come and say hi to my daughter. As we exited the restaurant, he was standing there next to the person in the cow costume (calling patrons in) and they both said bye to us. My daughter was mesmerized with the giant cow lol and kept waving good bye for like 5min while we waited for the street light to change, and the cow continued waiving back to her the whole time!!! I guess I am making this review as I’ve never experienced such a warm environme

I am an elderly assisted by a walker. My brother who is also a senior ctizen, came with me to try your food and service for the first time. The crew were very nice and helpful, and Soraya particularly, ensured that we got the right seat for us. She even put us ahead of the queue. She helped us get what we need. She made sure that we are comfortable. The food is also okay.
