Chick-fil-A

The worst chik fil a in existence. Nothing but problems everytime we go here. Yesterday they forgot my wife’s entire meal, last time they gave us chips instead of waffle fries, today they gave me the most pathetic excuse for a spicy filet on my salad. Didn’t cut it up, or anything. I don’t know how this place has anyone going still. This is my last visit to this establishment.

After 4 or more times of DISAPPOINTMENT... I just have to give a review.. the 2 young men managers.. just DO NOT UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE..THE WORDS " MY PLEASURE " MEAN ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ! THEIR FAVORITE WORD IS NO ! So I'll just tell the latest one.. because my review would be too long. Our family Loves Chick-fil-A.. we Love the Cobb Salad.. so today we were going to share a salad..so we asked for an Extra salad bowl so we could split the salad.. they gave us a very small container..I said I would like the larger salad bowl so there would be room to mix the salad dressing.. so one young lady said she would go get one..well here comes the young manager and informs us..that he cannot give us one... ( which they've always did in the past ) so I said if you'll do it this time ..I'll wash

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich through the drive-thru and clearly informed them about my celiac disease, asking to mark the order with “gluten allergy” and to change gloves when preparing it. Despite all those precautions, when I opened the order, it turned out to be a fried chicken sandwich containing gluten. Imagine my disappointment after paying for something I couldn’t even eat — and since I was on the road, I couldn’t go back to the restaurant. Extremely disappointing.

I took my granddaughters to Chick-fil-A after school, and they absolutely loved it. Even though we forgot to bring a gift card, the food was so good it didn’t matter. By the time we got home and they finished eating, there wasn’t a bite left — only crumbs! Chick-fil-A never disappoints, especially when it comes to making kids happy.

First time trying Chick-fil-la in my almost 15 years of living. Okie, so only 4/5 for food because the pickles on my burger was very different then what I’m used to and didn’t like it very much. Fries needs salt, but pretty good, Mac n cheese was decent. Coke was delicious per usual. Delivery person was very friendly.
