Chick-fil-A

Went at 11 this morning, barely anyone there, and even then I expect a wait, but still took 35 minutes and once we got our food it was all cold. But I wouldn’t normally complain about that, the real disgusting part was when I pulled my fries out and there is long blonde hair wrapped in/around the fries. Several pieces of hair stuck to two of the fries along with some sort of green fabric, plus more hair just floating around in the container. Disgusting and disappointing. Went here last week for my first Chick-fil-a experience ever and it was amazing, there was 3x as many people as when I went today and it took maybe 10min and the food was great. Don’t know what happened in less than a week but that’s very disappointing, would give 0 stars if I could.

First time going here. Surprised the drive theu was manned by a guy in a booth to take your order. Problem is booth is before the menu. Someone brings your order to your car. We ordered for 3 people. One order they forgot to place and we had to go back. Overall, a nice fast food option.

I went through the drive thru at around 5:30pm on 2/26/26. Ordered my food, got my order, headed down the interstate. Reached in the bag to retrieve my mac n cheese only to notice I had no fork! Decided I'd just eat my nuggets instead, they were cold and over cooked. Dripped sauce down the front of me and reached back in the bag, NO napkins either. What? You've got to do better!!

I would like to take a moment to say Thank you to Carl for greeting me this morning and taking time to talk with me bright and early. I also got to meet His Amazing wife as well. Wonderful people with a passion and heart to serve this community with Great honor and service. Restaurant was tidy and staff were ready to serve a great meal! A+ highly recommend you give them a try and give them some Grace. They brought us a Chic fil a to GI. They will get everything perfected in no time!

It took nearly an hour and a half for my online pick-up order. I didn't get to the restaurant until 45 minutes after placing the order and not only was it not ready, they hadn't even started preparing it. Then after locating the order on the computer, said they'd go ahead and make the food; asking how I'd like to pay, though I had already paid in advance online - good food, but really awful service and there really isn't a convenient place to hang out while waiting for your food.
