Chick-fil-A

I came today Jan 31st, with my whole family, and the staff was laughing instead of taking care of our order, we went like 6 times to ask for a lot of stuff they forgot, for example the chicken nuggets, drinks, silverware and everything. I didn’t felt welcomed and they were not even busy, it was a really bad experience at this Location, they made me feel like if I was at McDonald not a Chick-Fil-A.

Very disappointed. I ordered two of the 4-piece chicken strip meals, with a cherry berry lemonade & cherry berry coke. They asked if I wanted 1 or 2 chickfila sauces. I said 2, thinking it meant 2 per meal. Here's what I received - both meals were correct, but only 2 sauces in total (to split among 8 strips), 1 straw, no ketchup, and a Diet Coke instead of the regular cherry berry Coke clearly listed on my order. Plus, the kicker, I said thank you when I was handed the bag, and the employee just continued with a conversation with a co-worker. No "my pleasure" or " you're welcome".

Absolute dogwater of a restaurant. Not to get it confused with Chick-Fil-A. CFA is great, this spot is garbage. Time after time the staff gives the wrong orders and sometimes missing items. Dont waste your time and hard earned money on this location. Go somewhere else

Worst chick-fil-a!!! What’s the point of having two lanes if the second lane is always close ??? This ppl walk slower than turtles, they take forever to get your order & give you the food. They always get everything wrong …

If someone never went to a Chick-fil-A before and tried this one first they'd have a wrong impression of what most of them are like. Maybe not ever try them again. Where most Chick-fil-As have speedy, accurate service with a smile and the always pleasant "my pleasure," this particular one has the vibe of a McDonald's in a bad part of town. Employees that clearly don't want to be there, items missing from orders, long wait times. All the traits opposite of what Chick-fil-A is usually known for. It's on my way home from work and every now and then I'll stop in and wonder why the lines are so short during dinner hours. These places usually have lines curving around the building. Then I get home to find my bag missing a sandwich and I understand why.
