Chick-fil-A

Ordered a large fries for my daughter before church only to find like 6 fries in this huge box and it was topped with napkins and sauces. I called and spoke to Chris to explain the situation and was disconnected - assuming he cut the call as I didn’t receive a call back. The line was so long only to end up with hardly anything for her to eat.

Isabella was so sweet at the drive-through. She even let me change my drink at the last minute. I’m so thankful that she’s working here promote her please. These workers that’s Working outside be looked over. I very much appreciate them for that hard work. I forgot the other girl that took my name, and order but five stars to her too

I grabbed lunch here the other day and it was pretty good overall. The line moved fast and the staff were friendly without making a big deal out of it. My burger was hot and the fries were crispy, maybe a little salty but still tasty. The place looked clean enough and I found a table easy. Prices felt fair for what you get, nothing crazy. I wouldn’t say it changed my life lol, but if you’re hungry and want something quick this spot does the job nicely. I’ll probably come back when I’m in the area again.

This has to be the worst Chick-fil-A in Jacksonville. I like going to this one because it’s close to where I am when I work but every time I go, the employees are always rude. My order somehow always gets to be wrong and it’s just ridiculous like this time, I normally use my app, but I wanted to pay in cash. I paid in cash. Ask the lady for my receipt then with an attitude and then he said that they would give it to me when they hand me my food. I asked them and said I should’ve gotten it already. They don’t have time to reprint it. … and what to a surprise my order has no sauce in the bag and my sandwich was wrong and the fries are cold like always

Could use another drive through lane, but the usual good food and service you’d expect from the Chick-fil-A brand. If you have the app, the owner is extremely generous with freebies. During Christmas, I got TWELVE free items for the 12 days of Christmas!! Have you ever seen another restaurant do that?! lol! Now I feel guilty if I go elsewhere!🤣
