The atmosphere is chill, sometimes busy, but even if there's a line, you will not wait long. Workers are friendly and is always ready to help with a smile on their faces. Definitely a must visit if you are in the area. The food is good, and fast. If your hungry this is you place!

Is at the mall which you can expect for it to be loud especially in the food court area. The staff are friendly and are fast with your order. I suggest ordering in person because in the app it takes a while. I got the Oreo milkshake was delicious!

The crew is consistently friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Tried the grilled nuggets and kale crunch this time (38g of protein, 370 calories), and it was both delicious and satisfying. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! The location is super convenient, easy to access, and a key hub for DoorDash in downtown Jersey City. Definitely my go-to spot for a quick, quality meal!

I’ve honestly never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A until today, which is why this was so disappointing. I ordered through the app and immediately realized I forgot to add an item. The app wouldn’t let me edit the order, so I tried calling the store. It took three calls before anyone answered. When I finally got through, they told me they couldn’t edit the order and that I’d have to place a new order. Even after I told them that it wouldn’t allow me to place an order because one was already in progress they reiterated I would have to wait for the delivery to arrive and then place a whole new order, meaning I’d have to pay another tip and additional delivery fees which would be after I received my first order, so I would have to wait an additional 25-35 minutes for the next delivery.
