My granddaughter chose to go to Chick-fil-A for her birthday. Marcus took our order for 9 of us. He was very patient and efficient. After our meal Ashley brought out a birthday surprise. Graham was very kind also. Definitely will go back!

I understand why coffee is never ready in the morning. Someone always says "I have to brew coffee!" It's always 5 min. People don't have time to wait for coffee to be brewed when it's the morning rush! Get it together!

I recently moved from India to the USA and visited Chick-fil-A in Joliet for the first time last month. Zoe helped me with my order, and her customer service was excellent. She was kind, patient, and made my first experience here very smooth. Thank you, Zoe — you are doing a great job! God bless you.❤️

I feel like this wimpy chicken filet was more like a mcChicken size and shouldn't have passed quality control. Definitely not like the pictures.

Corporate needs to address the lack of timelines at this location. I was looking forward to see this location open up as it is much closer to where I live compared to the one on Plainfield Rd. Unfortunately, there is a constant lack of timelines. I’ve waited 15-20 minutes for my order almost every time I’ve ordered here. I’ve never experienced such frequent delay at a fast food restaurant. I would really hate to see this place go the way Steak n Shake or Taco Bell did. I feel like this issue needs to be resolved immediately not only to increase revenue. But also in order to avoid losing its current customer base to surrounding competitors.
