I want to start by saying that I always like to go into the store when I've received the notification on my app that my order is ready. I went to pick up my order at this location, and this girl was in the food pickup area. I asked her about my order, and she said, "Give me two seconds," because she was laughing and flirting with a customer. She stayed there for another eight minutes, ignoring me, while my order was getting cold, and she didn't care. I asked another employee, and she didn't even know if my order was complete because that wasn't her area, and I don't blame her. She went and asked the same girl I had already asked, and she said the same thing: "Give me two seconds." Apparently, for her, each second is made up of ten minutes. i love Chick-fil-A because it's my favorite place to eat even though the food is really delicious I love having a great time I love the sandwiches nuggets drinks fries and much more to add on the team was so grateful enough to know how much care I want in my food and how they made it.💗🫶🏻😋💌🩷 I can't wait to come back soon to try out the new delicious food that I love at Chick-fil-A

Excellent service! The staff at Chick-fil-A Cinco Ranch went above and beyond — my son accidentally left something there, and they kept it safe and returned it to us right away. We truly appreciate their honesty, kindness, and professionalism. Thank you for setting such a great example of customer care!

We used to come to this location with my son every Friday after school & we loved it. Recently we stopped by again but for some reason the chicken tastes different than other locations. My husband had told me to not get him food from this location for that reason but I honestly didn’t believe him. Now, that I have tasted the difference I believe him. I don’t know why, it’s very odd but will not be coming back.

Very disappointed with this location’s consistency in failing to properly make mobile orders. From not giving the proper sauces to totally changing the salad toppings. There’s no pleasure in getting back to work only to realize you’ve been duped once again with your food. I will no longer be visiting this Chic Fil A for my weekly lunch needs. I guess quality assurance is only reserved for dine in guests
