We place a large order. Every single salad we ordered was with extra strawberry, extra blueberry, extra apple and bacon , unfortunately every single one was fill with only lettuce. They charge for the extra but no added the extra items. Extremely disappointed 😞

Everything good at this location. I tried drive thru but I believe inside is good too.

Chick-fil-A doing it up right for breakfast. It’s always nice when there is consistency in the quality no matter which location you choose and Laguna Hills is no exception. I chose the dine in experience this time around and I must say the food is so good when it’s fresh. Chicken Hash brown Scramble, but with spicy chicken 🤤 Upgrade the extra side of taters for the greek yogurt cookie parfait and you are in business. My taste buds are in heaven. 3/15/24 update: Apparently they are very strict about their breakfast cutoff here. Online says 10:30AM. I rolled into the drive thru at 10:31AM and no exception. Bad experience but oh well.

Excellent service by the staff (Ben and Violet-so courteous and pleasant. Ben actually asked several guests if he could refill their drinks or get them anything.) Super positive vibe here, food was good and the place was CLEAN

I decided to order a chicken salad lunch and had it delivered through a service. The salad has cheese, corn, cherry tomatoes, and beans. The pieces of chicken were fried and crispy. What I didn’t enjoy were that large pieces of lettuce that weren’t too enjoyable trying to eat the larger pieces. The dressing is in small containers which is easy to add to my liking; however, I made the mistake of trying to mix by placing the lid back on to shake….. it opened and I had a small spill.
