Chick-fil-A

Had an amazing experience at this Chick fil A! The customer service was outstanding and everyone was super friendly and welcoming. It was my birthday and even though the reward didn’t pop up in the app, they still took care of me and honored it, which really meant a lot. That kind of kindness doesn’t go unnoticed. I also love the outdoor atmosphere. Even though there isn’t seating, it still has a really nice vibe and feels clean and well kept. Overall, great service, great energy, and they made my birthday even better. Definitely one of the best Chick fil A experiences I’ve had! 🎉🐔 Thanks, Macen!

Omg how disgusting, this place is beautiful on the outside but I can't imagine what it looks like behind the scenes. Went there for breakfast and got the longest hair in my bowl nearly made me vomit. It wasn't just resting on top it was mixed deeply inside of my whole entire dish. Absolutely disgusting.

More than willing to update the review, I'll give them another try. But each time I've gone the pace of the line has been excruciating. It is a drive-thru only location (with a walk up window and outdoor seating), yet they do not seem optimized for drive-thru at all. The kitchen seems to be extremely behind. I've had to leave line once and cancel my online order b/c I was at a standstill for 15 minutes. Hopefully they sort it out.

Service was fine but in the 10 years of eating chick fil a this is absolutely the smallest chicken filet I've ever received

This Chick-fil-A is off to a bad start. They clearly have not prioritized cleanliness. Dirty used cups all over the grounds. Not from customers, these are from employees; employees were not outside.
