Chick-fil-A

This location is located next to the community college or now it’s called a state College but this location has a drive-through and it also has a lane has a lane just for pick up orders like DoorDash and Uber eats so you can come in through the lanes close the restaurant the building is huge I mean you can fit maybe looks like you could fit in there and there’s plenty of parking lots of parking and most of all the location is next to a big road like a big highway a major road so it’s easy to come in and kinda easy to get out the food was exceptional. I mean it was so tasty. The chicken🐢 has a certain type of taste to it. That makes me wanna come back every single time don’t even get me started on the waffle fries I literally particularly only eat first the waffle fries and then I’ll take a

It's a great establishment as all of them are. Food is great as always but the customer service is not the top tier we have come to know from Chick Fila. It's not bad but it could be better it seems like they are always understaffed inside. Drive thru is great and very customer focused. It's just the inside that could use some work. You will wait a longer than usual for someone to come out from the back to notice you to then tend to your need. Other than that small issues it's another great store.

Went to this location after my son's graduation. The service and food was very bad my wife salad was frozen and my chicken sandwich is asked for no BBQ sauce and they still put sauce on it the top of the box says no sauce. This location is a big let down compared to the Mount Dora location. Should find new management and better employee's that want to do the job there was no smiles very dry rude atmosphere.

I'm sorry, but chick fil a isn't that great as they claim to be. My breakfast burrito was warm and the tortilla was hard or stale. Also, I asked nicely for 5 salsas and 5 roasted BBQ and got 1 each. DO BETTER!!

Not sure what happened in the last 6 months here, but employees seem very unhappy and overworked. Hardly see same employees twice. They say the right things and try, but you can tell something is seriously wrong. Food is off and not Chick Fil A standard. Wasn't the same as the store down the road. The managers just seem uninterested, slow, and don't help employees much. There are no community events. It seems the owners don't care about the people around them, the Chick Fil A brand and way of doing things, or their employees. At the Mount Dora store, there are constant emails, events, and promotions. It feels like this owner just bought a franchise because Chick Fil A is a good brand, but they are ruining it.
