I gave this location another chance and it still failed. My order is wrong every time I go here. This time I simply got 2 drinks, nothing else, and they still managed to bring the the wrong drinks TWICE before getting it correct....I went through the drive thru and could see the girl working the drink station, she clearly had an attitude about having to fix the drinks. Maybe if she had read the label that is stuck to the cup she could have gotten it right the first time. The last time we tried getting food from here we got two bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit combos and they gave us two plain biscuits with no egg, bacon, or cheese! Dear Chuck/management, 8 years ago I wrote the following review “Just walking in the door makes me a better person.” Fast forward to 2025 and I am editing my review because I am tired of being disappointed with the chicken sandwiches… For the past 2 years, I’ve been driving 45 minutes round-trip to the Kilgore CFA for the quality product I desire. I’m not the only one who notices the pathetic sandwiches you’ve been serving. They look like breakfast biscuit filets with no breading. It would be nice not to have to waste an hour of my life to get quality CFA. Please see the pictures of the disgrace of a chicken sandwich you’re serving. I believe you are trying to raise profit margins the wrong way sir.

I just purchased two different dinners here Order #5270 12/19/25. I was the only customer in there and they screwed up my order. I didn't find out till I got home. I ordered an 8 ct nugget dinner and a cob salad and they forgot to give me the dressing for both. It was clearly marked on the receipt, but I guess that was the wrong place to list it. I live about 6 miles away and the traffic is terrible. Their food is good. but really? I tried to contact them by phone, but nobody answers. Is there anything such as good service these days? FYI...As of 2/27/2026 the management never called as per my request. They simply automatically messaged me to file a refund request.
