Chick-fil-A

Was excited that they opened a chicfila in Manor and has by far been the worse experience compared to other locations. First 3 times which was closer to when they opened my order was either missing something or incorrect. I know being a new location it may come with hiccups so I was always patient. Unfortunately it is a continuous issues. At least twice my mcmuffin was horribly burnt and wrong type of egg. This morning was the definitely the worse. I ordered 3 meals 2 were correct and the third order was supposed to be a sausage, egg white and cheese biscuit meal. Instead I recieved a super dry and limp piece of chicken with egg whites and cheese. Unfortunately I ordered from doordash and called the store but only could get a refund from door dash other than that they weren't able to remak

So glad this Chick-fil-A opened up so close to our neighborhood! Love the modern building and it's a nice looking drive through. We were here twice - a day or two after the grand opening and the drive through had lines out the freeway, but the service was surprisingly fast and the line cranked along. Mobile order was fast and easy. You scan this barcode to let them know you're here and by the time your car is at the window they'd have your food ready. Staff was very friendly and the guy even remembered us the 2nd time we went there. Chicken was so tender. We ordered nearly everything on the menu. First time around we had the spicy chicken and it was so juice we went back for 2nds. And we got a ton of stuff, like the nuggies, kale salad, wraps, sandwich and fries. They were all very fres

Very excited to have a chick fil la near the neighborhood. For the most part they are great! I just continue to get my order back without items I asked for. Like constantly, I just encourage the employees to pay attention a little more. Other than that I enjoy them and definitely recommend everyone to stop by!

I'm so glad that Chick-fil-A finally opened a location in Manor, and I had a great first experience at the new store, which opened four days ago. I used their Mobile Thru option during lunch, which allowed me to place my order through the App and drive directly to the Mobile Thru lane, saving time. Like any Chick-fil-A, there was a line at the drive thru but it moved quickly. I ordered the Smokehouse BBQ Bacon Sandwich and the Pineapple Dragonfruit Tea, both limited-time offerings. The sandwich was hot and fresh and the tea was delicious. I look forward to visiting this location whenever I'm in Manor.

I had the absolute best dine-in experience at this Chick-fil-A, hands down. From the moment I walked in, the restaurant was spotless, tables cleaned promptly, floors shining, and everything perfectly organized. The hospitality here stands out in a big way. I had the pleasure of meeting the Operator, Riley, who personally checked on guests throughout the dining room to be sure every meal and experience was exceptional. That kind of hands-on leadership is rare, and it shows in the culture here. Directors Natalie and James were equally impressive, kind, and genuinely eager to make sure everyone felt welcome.
