Great food, excellent service. Staffers were extremely customer friendly. I loved the fall decorations on each table & throughout the restaurant. The inside play area was a hit with my grandson..

My first time visiting a Chick-fil-A that wasn’t spotless. The seating area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. The floors were filthy with so much food and trash under the tables. The service was good enough but lacked the energy of other Chick-fil-A’s I frequent. The food wasn’t bad… the vibe was off.

The air in this Chic-fil-A is filled with the laughter of children and savory smell of waffle fries. Your mouth will water while they skillfully take your order. This location is incredibly efficient for how busy it is. The young man who served me, Joey, did such a great job. He made sure my Sunjoy was 75% sweet tea and 25% lemonade, just the way I like it. I watched the managers and owner deal with the… “particular” East Cobb clientele with such kindness and grace.

HAIR IN THE FOOD!!! You have to get hair net. Whoever has red or light brown hair or weave needs a whole box of hair nets. Just got my husband a chicken biscuit sandwich and he pulled a piece of hair out. Do better!!!

Chick-fil-A always has great service and clean seating area they're only downfall is the size portions. And as of late they have changed the oil they cook their fries in and it's not for the better! Overall still better then the other fast food joints.
