Chick-fil-A

I give it 1 star for the hours of operation. My first time to this city and I wanted to grab a quick and familiar bite to eat. Google maps shows this as being open during the 1:00 pm hour on a normal Tuesday afternoon but in reality it isn’t. It’s INSIDE the arena (Milwaukee Buck’s Fiserv.Forum) and only open/available during games or special events. Still love Chick-fil-A, just sad that this location isn’t available during the posted hours of operation. I’m going to recommend that the hours of operation be edited to be more accurate.

They make some tasty chicken there.

Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered at a chik filet. I always go to chik filet because of their service but this was garbage. I walked half way across the arena for a large order of drinks and food. I asked for the caps for my drinks so they wouldn’t spill and they said no. I asked for a drink carrier and they said no. I asked for a box or anything to carry my order and they said no. I asked if I could get help and they said no. I asked how I was supposed to carry all of it and they said “make two trips” as if they couldn’t care less.

Only thing better than chick-fil-A is adding a sporting event with it. So good, so consistent, and easy to order. Big take always, fiserv forum is cashless, you have to scan a QR code or us the bucks app to place your order. Very easy to do but inconvenient for some.

Waited 45 minutes in line to be told they don't take Chick-Fil-A coupons, gift cards, or mobile payments. Prices were double and the workers were rude. Worst Chick-fil-A experience my family has ever had. We left and will never eat at this location again!!! Sad!!!!
