Chick-fil-A

Just waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru to get this “sandwich”. Very disappointing and poor quality control.

Friendly staff but goodness are they slow! Even with a mobile order. The mobile order line is typically slower and has the longer line. Most of the chick fil a's have the ability to check in earlier in the drive through...maybe that's the problem. I'm not sure but even with the long wait, I've often had them forget my salad dressing and utensils 😬

We went through the drive-thru at this Chick-fil-A in Moore, Oklahoma, and had an incredible experience thanks to Grant. From the start, he was friendly, upbeat, and made sure everything with our order was exactly right. It was our first time trying the Market Salad, and we asked to have it customized. Grant made sure our request was handled perfectly, and he did it with great humor and attention to detail. It’s rare to come across someone who not only gets the order right but also makes the experience fun, and Grant did just that. The food came out fresh and delicious, just as we’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A, but the service is what really made this stop memorable. I just took 80 middle schoolers through here for lunch. Thanks to manager Krista and the staff, everything went smoothly like a well-oiled machine! They flawlessly took care of my group and the other customers while maintaining friendliness and courtesy.

i kid you not that was THE BEST experience i’ve ever had with chick fil a. me and my friend went and they spelt her name right, and the fries and chicken nuggets were so crisp, and the dr pepper tasted SO GOOD yall. 10/10 would recommend.
