The kindest, cleanest, well maintained Chick-Fil-A in the area! We prefer this location compared to the other off Madison and nearby towns! They are so kind, attentive and friendly here! Maria was so sweet! She spreads kindess at this location in Murrieta just like the sign says! Kindess is never wasted. I appreciate how clean and quiet this location is as well as the encouraging positive pictures they have up. Such as, "our mission is to spread kindness in Murrieta" and "no act of kindness is ever wasted" and "we're so glad you're here" and "you're the best part of today". I recently visited this Chick-fil-A location and was really impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. From the moment I walked in, the space felt inviting and fresh. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Now let’s talk food—because wow. The chicken nuggets were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with that signature Chick-fil-A flavor that never disappoints. I also tried the Kale Crunch side for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. It’s light, slightly tangy, and a perfect balance to the richness of the nuggets. We went to this location on Saturday morning for breakfast and, as always, it was a 5 star experience. The employee “Maria” was outstanding- and we learned she had only been there for (4) days. You would have never known it- we honestly thought she was part of management. I had never done the order from app and have it delivered to your table before, what a great concept! We love our Chick Fil A- it’s clean, and th customer service is outstanding.

We’ve had nothing but good experiences at this Chick-fil-A location. We’ve done regular drive-thru ordering which is always a positive experience and recently we tried ordering from the app to pick up at the drive-thru and that was even better! You simply follow the prompts and your food comes out super fast and fresh! Also, the app is a must if you enjoy getting free food! Rewards points accumulate fast and you can use multiple rewards in one order! The must try food items include the Cobb salad with avocado lime dressing, the deluxe sandwich (spicy or regular), the chicken noodle soup, the waffle fries, the lemonade and the cookies and cream milkshake!

Such a pleasure! The workers here are so nice and friendly! A huge shoutout to Shayla who was so accommodating when there was a mistake with our order. They have the same menu items as other locations and the food was very fresh. The place is pretty big with a good amount of seating, but no play area if you have kids. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or not, but a couple of their tables were still dirty so we had trouble finding a clean table to eat at. They have individual parking at the restaurant or you can park in the Costco parking lot and walk over. Highly recommend stopping by.
