Chick-fil-A

We order DoorDash delivery from this ChickFilA regularly. They always forget the salsa when we order breakfast chicken burritos. This is supposed to come with every single burrito, so I don’t understand how staff keeps missing this every single time. I’ve brought this up to management multiple times but nothing has changed. Drivers can’t open the bags to check for salsa and there’s no way to request extra in the app. Do better chick Fil a, you charge way too much to consistently miss simple things like this.

This Chick-fil-A handles high traffic well and keeps service professional even during rush periods. Orders have been accurate, food quality consistent, and the team communicates clearly at the drive-thru. The dining area stays clean, which shows attention to detail even when the store is full. Good food, but this place is always busy and the lines seem to take longer than at other Chick Fil A locations.

After the second bite, I started choking and coughing severely. When I checked the sandwich, I discovered that more than 60% of the muffin was completely black and burnt. 5 stars for Lillian, 1 star for Chick-fil-A. We placed an order and received two frosted coffees—one peppermint and one regular—that had zero coffee in them. They were literally just milkshakes. My mother went back in to ask for replacements, and the manager wouldn’t even look at her or come to the counter. Instead, she told the sweet employee to “find out what was wrong with the other ones” because she had made them. The issue was obvious: they were not frosted coffees at all. Having worked in the food industry, I know you don’t argue with customers or try to diagnose the problem—you simply remake the order correctly and keep people happy. I usually go to Yukon but I went to mustang and was very disappointed this morning. I looked in my breakfast bowl and was sad to see I basically got an ounce of eggs like very little and all my tots and chicken was on one side and cheese melted in one glob under the small amount of eggs. Nothing was scrambled or mixed. Then my salad didn’t have any dressing to go with it. The one good thing is they didn’t put corn in it. 😩
