Chick-fil-A

I’m very disappointed with my curbside experience at Chick-fil-A. I ordered a simple salad, and the wait time was completely unreasonable. I understand that restaurants get busy, but waiting this long for a basic salad defeats the purpose of using curbside pickup for convenience. There was no communication about the delay, and I had to sit in my car wondering what was going on. If curbside is offered as a service, it should be efficient and well-managed. Unfortunately, this experience was neither. I hope management takes a closer look at their curbside operations and improves the timing and communication.

Chick-fil-A never disappoints. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, the chicken is perfectly cooked, and the service is always friendly and efficient. Orders are accurate, the restaurant is clean, and the staff genuinely goes out of their way to provide great customer service. One of the most reliable places for a quick, high-quality meal.

Stopped in Coastland Mall to buy a gift card for a Christmas gift for someone that loves Chick-fil-A. I've heard great things about their food. While there I decided to purchased a kids meal to try for myself. I give it 5 stars, from food quality, taste, service & atmosphere. Everyone was happy to be eating there! Like me, if you haven't tried it yet do so. It was excellent.

You can never go wrong when you visit chick fil-a.. chicken is always on point with chick fil-a sauce. Will be good if they open more locations in naples because there’s only 2.. other than that is a good choice

I have a issue with the ordering app. After I place an order the apps reply's we have started your order. I arrive at the Coastland location 15 minutes later and waited another 15 minutes. I was there before a fews people that walked up and they all received their orders before me. Very dysfunctional system. What a waste of time
