Chick-fil-A

For this location to be on a busy corner with high traffic… their flow process is top tier. I work a block away and visit here often- and have never been disappointed with the quality of food or quick drive thru service. The ambassadors are always friendly and efficient in their delivery of my order. You can regularly see the manager/ supervisor out there assisting with the orders. Great job team Tulane Chic Fil A!!!

I’ve been a Chick-fil-A devotee for over twelve years now, and it remains the single greatest fast-food experience on earth. No other chain even approaches their combination of incredible food and service. My order is etched in stone: Spicy Deluxe Sandwich with Pepper Jack (extra pickles every single time, no exceptions), medium waffle fries well-done for that perfect crunch, a large half-sweet/half-unsweet iced tea (or Cookies & Cream milkshake when I’m celebrating something), and at least eight (sometimes ten) Chick-fil-A sauces because those packets are liquid gold. I also toss in a couple Polynesian sauces for good measure - the sweet-heat combo is unbeatable. I use Mobile Thru exclusively, every visit, without fail. It is the smoothest, most satisfying fast-food innovation ever create

Normally... Chic fil A is great. But the chicken biscuit I had today was very bad tasting. It tasted like old cooking oil. Look everyone has a bad day, but the chicken tasted like plastic. I tried the biscuit without the chicken...it was definitely the chicken. Couldn't eat it! Very disappointed.

Terrible service and very questionable business practices. I waited 5 minutes at the window just to be spoken to. While waiting, I watched the manager take multiple orders and cash payments without ever using the POS system. It looked like a blatant attempt to bypass the system. I’ve always respected this brand, but this specific location on Carrollton and Tulane has zero accountability.

Like usual, the service at Chick-fil-a is fantastic. The food is the same as any other Chick-fil-a. I've only had a problem here with my order maybe once and it was easily fixable. My qualm with this location is just that - the location. If you are coming from Uptown down Carrollton, there is no easy entrance as the turn into the Chick-fil-a is an exit only. Then the way the line is set up the exit is constantly blocked off. There is always a cop stationed there and sometimes they step out to direct the traffic from the drive thru line and the remain traffic but not always. The other entrance/exit is right by the on ramp to the interstate which creates a headache if you're trying to go back to uptown on Carrollton because no turns are allowed at the intersection.
