Chick-fil-A

I've never had a negative experience at any Chick-fil-A, and I've travelled through many states and eaten at dozens of different Chick-fil-A locations. I've always counted on them to provide quick and accurate orders, consistently friendly servers and delicious food cooked just right! How disappointing it's been the last two trips I've made to the new Chick-fil-A in North Platte! The first trip I received overdone and very small chicken strips and waited in line about 10 minutes despite being one of only 3 cars in drive through. Today took the cake though! There were two lanes of vehicles in line when I arrived. There were 15 cars ahead of me (counting cars in both lanes). I waited for over 30 minutes! It didn't take long in the drive thru and staff was friendly. But we ordered 2 cobb salads and after we got home and were ready to eat we noticed that even though the containers both said cobb salads that one was a market salad instead. Good thing neither of us were allergic to strawberries.

We traveled a long way from Arizona to North Platte and ordered our meal, which included two Spicy Deluxe sandwiches. I took a photo of the soggy bread - both sandwiches had wet bread that was falling apart. I've ordered this sandwich many times in Arizona, but this was a first-time experience with such poor quality. The sandwiches weren't hot enough, and the fries were barely warm. Despite the quick preparation, we were disappointed with the overall quality and won't be back. The only redeeming part was the chicken nuggets.

Paid $18 for burned chicken. Disgusting. Went straight into the trash. This seems to be an on going trend with this Chick-fil-A. Burned chicken.

Gonna be real, never thought I would post a negative review for Chick Fil A. Not a busy store while we were there. Not in the slightest. Plenty of workers as well but not a single one working. Seemed to have a lot people standing around supervising or doing 1 task every 5-10min while there was a line out the door. 30 minutes we waited for food in a seemingly half empty restaurant. No one was rude and food was quality as usual. Just be prepared for it to take a long time.
