All around great experience! We stopped in before heading to the circus down the street. Service is what you would expect at a Chick-fil-a! Always fast and friendly with great food! No complaints and will be back when we’re in the area!

Honestly, the best thing about Chick-fil-A is that it’s right next to Seven Brew—because that’s where Kylie Walden works. Kylie is hands-down the highlight of my day every time I stop by. Her energy, kindness, and customer service are unmatched, and she makes every visit feel personal and fun. Seven Brew doesn’t just have great drinks—it has Kylie, and that’s what really makes the experience top-tier. I’ll gladly choose Seven Brew every time because of her!

I mean... Order food through the drive through. They have a lane for just mobile and the second lane for ordering there. Doesn't make any sense at all as you see from the pictures. The wait is worse bc of this. However made this change need to switch it back or I am predicting they will lose customers.

Remember when yoir restaurant chain utilized the full construction of your drive thru lanes and was faster than other restaurant? The McDonalds and other restaurants nearby are now faster than you. What happened?

The incompetence is unreal. Last week I ordered two 12 piece grilled nuggets on my way home from work. Got home and saw that we were both friend. Called and talked to a manager who offered me free 12 piece grilled nuggets next time. So tonight, I go the same process, explaining that last time I got fried instead of grilled. But guess what I found once I got home (Wentzville)? Yep...2 boxed of 12 piece fried nuggets! 🤦🏾‍♀️ I give up
