Chick-fil-A

This was our first visit to this location. It is brand new and really nice. There is a fun train that runs around the ceiling! The food was excellent and the service was quick and friendly. I tried the new cherry lemonade and also had the current sandwich. They were both amazing! The pretzel roll bun has a soft texture and great flavor! I had the spicy sandwich and the Dijon sauce really rounds out the flavor. The chicken had a great breading and was hot and crispy. I will be back!

Chichi fil offers a pretty typical American-style fried chicken experience, but with a few clear strengths. The service is fast, we didn’t have to wait for our order at all, and it’s obvious they operate with a fairly large, efficient staff in the kitchen and at the counter. The food itself is exactly what you’d expect from this style of place: crispy chicken, generous portions, and straightforward sides that do the job. The atmosphere, however, is on the negative side – it feels more functional than cozy, with little effort put into décor or comfort, so it’s not really a place where you’d want to sit and linger. Overall, it’s a good spot if you’re hungry and want quick, reliable fried chicken, but it’s definitely better to take your food to go rather than eat on-site.

This was such a cool one to see, by the restrooms there is a button that starts the overhead train that goes through almost the entire restaurant. The food was genuinely hot and fresh. We had never been to a Chick-fil-A‘s before and there was one across the street. We went there ordered a burger and a bunch of chicken nuggets. Man service was awesome. The girl who served it was super polite. Very clean on the inside. Got our food within 10 minutes, which is a fairly large order and the food was just delicious. I love my burgers, but that thing had so much flavour to it. Definitely glad we went and the next time we visit down in the United States from Canada I’m definitely looking up to find a Chick-fil-A

This was our first time trying Chick-fil-A, and the food was absolutely delicious! The staff were extremely attentive and professional. At many fast-food restaurants in Canada, staff often forget to / or do not include sauces, napkins, or utensils. When picking up our order, I grabbed some utensils myself, but once we got back to the hotel, I realized that everything we needed — sauces, napkins, and cutlery — had already been thoughtfully packed by the staff. There was no need to worry about anything. We ended up loving Chick-fil-A so much that when we were leaving Orlando at the airport, we each had two spicy chicken sandwiches — haha!
