I couldn't believe what was happening to me. My favorite restaurant was kicking me to the curb. In all the years I've been going to Chick-fil-A, I've never had such a bad experience as tonight, Saturday the 7th, between 8:20 and 9:07. The cashier, Xavier, provided terrible customer service. He was more busy talking to some girls than paying attention to my order. I waited almost 25 minutes for an order that Xavier had marked as to-go, even though he never once acknowledged that it was for dine-in. He was only interested in telling a girl, "I love you." But it didn't end there. Minutes later, we ordered cookies and ice cream. Can someone explain to me how David, the other cashier, took 12 minutes to give us a cone that he forgot to include with the rest of the ice cream? And what surprised

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Chick‑fil‑A. I placed my order on at 9:24 PM PM, and it wasn’t ready until 10:06 PM—over 30 minutes later. To make matters worse, the order was incomplete when I finally received it. What really stood out (in the worst way) was the attitude of the staff. The servers were rude, unhelpful, and acted like the situation didn’t matter at all. No one took responsibility, offered an explanation, or showed any concern for how late the food was. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a brand that prides itself on customer service. Ordered on app, went thru mobile drive thru, line was at a standstill, scanned my order, waited in line for 20 minutes and every car behind me got their order. They said they never got my order?! How is that possible but you got everybody else’s? Then the guy says “well here we’re going to give it to you anyway” as if you’re doing me a favor??!! I paid for a meal and you didn’t even give me the large fry I paid for…..

Good, tasty, and inexpensive. A great fast food option. If you want something healthy, get the salad with grilled chicken. If you like breaded chicken, it's very tasty and offers great value for money. I recommend it for a day when you're in a hurry or simply don't want to cook but also don't want to spend a lot! 😉
