Chick-fil-A

I went into the drive thru 2/26/26 6:00 PM ish, it went splendid. The line was quite lengthy but the rate it went thru was amazing and I never would expect should fast and kind service from a fast food chain. All workers were saying my pleasure and were very kind. Edit — They got two of my sandwiches wrong when we specifically asked for no pickles and both had pickles.

What a great place! The people working were friendly and the service was quick. Had the grilled chicken nuggets and they were delicious. It’s a great low calorie/high protein option, if you still want the nuggets taste! Had the tasty fruit cup as well. We also ordered the kids nuggets/waffle fries meal. Not too bad with the overall price. A good seating area but it was popular place to be. There was also a soft play area for the kids, which could easily be viewed through a glass window in the seating area.

Worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to. I’ve given them two chances. Each time I was given a fry that’s half full and were mini pieces of waffle fries. There is one whole fry can in my container. The rest are crumbs. Someone honestly looked at that and thought it was acceptable to sell. I’ll never be back!

We stopped at the Chick-fil-A in Pottstown by The Outlet, and it was nothing short of amazing. We had heard Chick-fil-A is even better in the U.S. compared to Canada, and this location definitely lived up to that. The restaurant was spacious with lots of parking and plenty of room to dine in. The service was impressively quick, and the staff were outstanding. Special shoutout to the super nice guy at the front register — he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. The food was just as incredible. The sweet tea was perfect, and the chicken sandwich was delicious, as always. Honestly, I have no complaints whatsoever. Everything was spot on, from the amazing service to the quality of the food. Five stars, without a doubt!

One of the most impressive things about the CFA chain is their cleanliness throughout all their stores. This one is no exception. Their service was fast, polite, and professional. I got an ice dream cone and my wife got a snack of fries. They were excellent. I’m an avid CFA fan and would recommend
