Chick-fil-A

The outside lights were all out and it was only 7:20pm on a Monday. You had to drive through a maze just to get to the order kiosk and then there was no one in line. I ordered a 3 piece strip meal as a quick dinner. To my surprise my strips were the same size as my dipping sauce. The customer service was fine ordering, I was so disappointed to pay $12+ for a strip meal for practically one strip.

We did a milkshake gender reveal for our baby #2 at Chick-fil-A, and the staff made it so special! 💕 They were incredibly friendly and helpful, preparing a strawberry and cookie milkshake just as we requested. We were so surprised and touched by how quickly they arranged everything and celebrated the moment with us. It was such an unforgettable memory!! Thank you to all the staff and the manager!❤️ Chick-fil-A will be our life time favorite restaurant.😋

If I could give them a zero I would. I have gone here for years without any issues until lately. I am allergic to gluten, and they have always been great with handling my order and I’ve never gotten sick. Twice now, I have ordered here and not only did they not separate my order into a different bag (which they always have done), but this last time, tonight, they actually gave me TWO regular buns! So after a long day for my family, I ended up not being able to eat dinner with them, not to mention the cost. I’ve now had a similar experience at another location. I’ll be contacting their corporate office on Monday., and they very likely lost a customer for good.

I have not eaten here in a longtime. It was delicious. Chris the young gent who took our order was so pleasant, kind, and super respectful. When you say thank you. They respond my pleasure. That is such a wonderful sign of respect. Well done Chick-fil-A!! No wonder the line is always out the door! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯🚀❤️🙏

They forgot the Chick-fil-a sauce... spent $67 in drive thru. Immediately hit the freeway for an hour drive home, only to find that the 5 sauces requested were ketchup 😭 but the food was good and the guy who took our order was cool.
