Chick-fil-A

I ordered the Spicy Deluxe Sandwich and found unwashed dirt or residue on the vegetables — something that was clearly not cleaned properly. When I brought this to the server’s attention, he first insisted it was food residue from the grill and said it was “edible.” After I asked him to take a closer look, he finally admitted it was dirt. However, instead of offering an apology, he told me, “Everyone makes mistakes — haven’t you ever made one?” The attitude was very dismissive and unprofessional. When I asked for a proper apology, a manager came over in a very aggressive manner and told me, “We don’t want to serve you. You need to leave.” This was a deeply disappointing experience — both because of the lack of food hygiene and the disrespectful customer service.

This lady clearly doesn’t understand customer service and cant communicate. Also they have people standing in line and they don’t help the line out. They are only worried about drive thru. I was standing waiting for a lemonade refill and she didnt even acknowledge me or anything just has a serious mad look and cant even smile, she just turned around and finally decided to take someones order. Everyone else seems to be nice.

Tonight was my first time finally trying chick fil a. The chicken was juicy and tender, and the service was exceptional. The dining area was much nicer than any fast food place I’ve been to, and I love that they were playing worship music. Larry the manager was super friendly. I’ll be back with my kids!

They always leave something out of my order i wont come back here again. On a seperate note they couldnt even put the flag at half mast for the military members who were killed in action. Weird they didnt waste a second on puting half mast for kirk. Disgusting!!!!!!

Good place to eat! Congratulations to the Management for having a "Clean Restaurant" and the Staff for good "Customer Service" and knowing to speak "Spanish" for making it easier for customers to place there order! I would like if the fry food could improve and not to be to "Grease" (like the hashbrown), and see if it could be cooked on a "Dry Frier" or fried on "Beef Tallow"! I definitly come back again⭐🍽️👍
