I believe this is drive-through only restaurant . The location is convenient. It is very easy to order on an app. Their staff are so friendly and welcoming. They don’t even accept tips. All the packages are almost plastic free which is very thoughtful.

The have a mobile pick up line where you scan a QR code to check in; seems to work pretty well. Order was correct and generally timely. The cow mascot was around today and the cow collectible cup — was a fun surprise! 🐄 Pro tip: there is one main entrance to this place then you go right to enter drive thru. There is a little sign at the entrance that says do not enter but that is just for not driving backwards through the drive thru. Had to loop the block the first time because I thought there was a different entrance after seeing the do not enter sign.

Love this new location! The food quality is way better than other locations in the area and the service was excellent! I especially loved the spicy deluxe! The chicken was crispy and the fries were cooked perfectly! 👌👌👌

I was impressed every minute of my drive thru experience at Chick-fil-A Shoreline. The order taker was very kind and personal, and my hot food was ready in just a few minutes! So to happy to have this place on my commute to Seattle.

I’ve had lunch twice and breakfast once at this location and every time the food is on-point! Best CFA waffle fries I’ve ever had, hot crispy and salty! I like that it’s drive thru only as there’s less bottleneck in the parking lot than most Chick-fil-a locations. It’s efficient to order on your phone and go through the line and I haven’t experienced it taking very long. Super friendly and helpful service as well!
