Chick-fil-A

My family and I had an unsatisfactory visit to the Chick-fil-A located on Harrison Bridge Road in Simpsonville, SC on the evening of Saturday, March 5th, 2025. Upon entering the establishment, we immediately noticed that the door opener to the front entrance was broken, causing the glass door to repeatedly slam against the brick walls. As we made our way to the dining area, we found that many of the tables were dirty, requiring us to carefully select a suitable place to sit. Additionally, the condiment station was not well-maintained, with napkins, mayonnaise, and sauces practically empty. Following our meal, we placed an order for ice cream cones at 8:03pm, only to receive them a full 25 minutes later at 8:28pm. This specific location does not reflect CFA values. They told us that corporate had changed a policy recently and upon asking for corporate's number they refused (red flag). Upon calling corporate and telling them the situation and what the location told us, corporate denied that there was a change and that it was purely a franchise choice. Corporate then stated that they were going to on a claim and start an investigation on it. I do not appreciate dishonestly and blatant lies. Aside from that, the chicken filet portions are small and mostly breading.

Since they moved from Fairview Rd, service has plummeted. Past three weeks I have waited over 20 minutes for my breakfast order. This week I wisened up and placed my order through the app for pick up…surprise, still had to wait, and wait, and wait. Ended up at Bojangles. In and out in under three minutes. Not because they were slow, but because they were ready! Maybe the manager should work Saturdays. Just saying.

Chick-fil-A is always our quick to go place. The are always efficient and organized. My only concern about this location its so unsafe exiting. I think it needs to be a priority to get a light here for you to exit Chick-fil-A and Culvers safely.

If the chicken on these sandwiches get any smaller they are going to have to start putting them on biscuits. It’s ridiculous what they serve you now! Lots of people have stopped going because of this! My entire family of 9 stopped. But the prices doesn’t come down with the product.
