Jan 17, 2026 – 9:20 AM I ordered a sausage egg muffin. As shown in the photo, the muffin was burnt all the way around. I had to go back to get it replaced. Unfortunately, the second muffin was stale. Sigh. There really needs to be better quality control. It seems like the toaster heat is set too high. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this experience was disappointing. Additionally, the lady working the drive-through window could benefit from some retraining in customer service.

Chick-fil-A sets the standard for fast food. The service stays consistent every visit, fast, friendly, and organized even during peak hours. The food quality beats most competitors, fresh chicken, solid portions, and reliable flavors. The spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries stay top tier. The staff actually cares, orders stay accurate, and the experience feels efficient without feeling rushed. On top of all that, they surprised me with a free gift card, which says a lot about how they treat customers. This place runs like a well-managed operation. If more restaurants executed at this level, the industry would look different.

I recently had an amazing meal at Chick-fil-A that deserves a full 5-star review! I ordered the Diet Lemonade, the Pretzel Burger without bacon, the Mac & Cheese, and enjoyed it all with Polynesian Sauce, Chick-fil-A Sauce, and Dijon Mustard. The Diet Lemonade was perfectly refreshing—tart, crisp, and sweetened just right without being overwhelming. The Pretzel Burger was a delightful surprise: the soft, slightly salty pretzel bun paired perfectly with the juicy chicken filet, creating a flavorful bite in every mouthful. Even without bacon, it felt hearty and satisfying. The Mac & Cheese was rich, creamy, and indulgent, with that baked, cheesy top that makes it impossible to resist. Today around 3:24 PM, I had a very disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A. I placed my order and pulled up in the drive-thru as usual. While waiting, I heard two employees making rude comments about me and my boyfriend in Spanish, assuming I would not understand them. One employee with short, shoulder-length orange/blonde hair said to another employee with a long slick-back ponytail and glasses, “Is this the Kai person? They look way too old to have that name. I don’t know why she’s with him, he looks old and she looks ugly.” They both laughed afterward. I have never had an issue at this location before, which is why this was so shocking and disappointing. It was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, especially coming from employees who were on the clock and serving customers.

This Chick-fil-A is in a great location. It’s right of Rt. 50 in South Riding close to the Dulles Landing shopping center. I ordered the Frozen Coffee. It’s was delicious, reminded me of a Starbucks Frappachino. I also had their grilled chicken “nuggets” and waffle fries. The waffle fries were temperature hot which was perfect. We dined inside instead of going through the drive-thru and it was pretty quick to receive our order. You order at the register and they bring your meal out to your table.
