I had a great time here I don't know what everyone else is saying i got my food very fast. It tasted amazing. Overall a great experience.

For being a very new store, we found it to be a great experience. The staff was very friendly and while they were obviously still learning, they were well organized and pleasant. The store was clean, food was served quickly and everything was great. I’m surprised to read some negative reviews that obviously point to the fact that people don’t have patience to allow a new location to get up and running. We are glad they are there and will definitely return.

my first time there could've been better.. this place is ran by young people not hating just saying but the real problem is my food wasn't fresh it just warm:( I would love to take a bite out of a hot sandwich or nugget.

Food was great, manager was awesome! I waited a little longer for my food than I probably should have but I wasn’t even upset I know they were busy and also just opened not too long ago so my expectations weren’t too high but it took about 15 minutes for me to receive my food. As I mentioned I wasn’t even very upset about it. However the manager insisted he gave me a coupon for a free a free milkshake and a free breakfast item. It made the wait worth every second!! I see all the bad reviews and wonder if people understand it’s all kids who are probably new to the company just doing their best to learn, they obviously won’t know everything they just started. From my experience they were all very pleasant and kind, and I know this will be a great addition to the Springfield area.

BY FAR THE WORST CHICK FIL A IN THE AREA...They took at least 20+ mins getting me a 4ct Chicken mini meal. I used the "mobile thru" their express ordering system. Watched 2 cars behind me get served before me. No apologies for the wait. Had it not been my toddlers food I wouldve been left. DO BETTER
