Chick-fil-A

Solid Chik-fil-a fare. The seating area nearby was a little dingy, but they had power outlets at most style seating which is just what I needed. Food was delicious and there wasn’t much of a line when I happened to visit. Certainly a good go-to at the airport.

It's an airport chain, so you can't expect much. But I said I wanted to try a lunch menu item and they offered to make it. They said it would be about 15 minutes but only took 6, I'm satisfied!

Charles was polite and helpful at the register . I know crazy he took our order, no kiosks!!! Britney was polite and Courteous when delivering our meal . It was hot also . 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 . Will definitely do again when passing through F terminal. Thank You !

Might be just today but says it’s open on Google, hours 5:30-9 but is not open yet. We can hear and see a bit of movement behind the boarder but no one addressed the line yet. The time now being 6:10. A different flight attendant went closer to the boarder and asked for an estimate time to open and was given the time 6:20. It’s a bit inconvenient for us flight crew who want to grab something nice and reliable to eat before our flights. Sadly a few had to leave to be on time for their flights. It’s now 6:23 and we are still waiting. They decided to open at 6:30 an hour past their scheduled opening. Kinda sucks when you have such high expectations for Chick fil an and they didn’t seem apologetic at all. 3stars for the food.

Terrible selection (missing most items), overworked workers, and a 4.5% fee... The Grove (the company that runs this location) should be ashamed of itself and its management decision. CFA Corporate should look into the harm The Grove is doing to its brand reputation at this location.
