This is the first time I’ve given a review for this restaurant address. I’m very disappointed on how they present their food. This is a picture of the 10 piece chicken minis. I opened it and it is in mangled and horrible shape. Very very disappointed. Drive thru order 9648. 9:15 am.

We got wrong drinks, wrong sauces, no toys for kids. Bathrooms were absolutely foul. Kids play area was so sticky and gross. They were moderately busy but not even close enough to have everything this neglected.

Always great service and fresh, tasty food. Staff is friendly and fast one of the most reliable spots for a quick, quality meal!

A terrible location specially post work day, is not suitable for anyone that’s not planning on going through the drive-through, Is not quick either at least at this time of 5:40pm. For an order of two sandwiches with fries, it took over 30 minutes and two different people asking for my order name and then just disappearing until one of them finally brought my food out after 10 minutes. I understand being busy, but I’ve been to other locations and they aren’t like that

I walked into this restaurant at 7:46 PM….wasnt able to order until 7:57PM (only 2 people ahead of me), and didn’t leave with my food until 8:15PM. In other words, if you have a vehicle, that’s too big to fit through the drive-through and need to go inside the order, just keep driving and go somewhere else. There is absolutely zero priority for customers who come inside. Maybe if they spent the money to do something about this absolute headache of a drive-thru situation, they wouldn’t have to prioritize it as much And could actually focus on customers who take the time to walk inside. I used to come to this location at least three times a week, but I can assure you I won’t be back for a while.
