Chick-fil-A

Great experience at this Chick-fil-A location. The staff is very friendly, polite, and professional, even during busy hours. The food was fresh, hot, and prepared quickly, and the place was clean and well-organized. Service was smooth, and they handled orders efficiently. You can really feel that customer service is a priority here. Definitely one of the better Chick-fil-A locations. I’ll be coming back again.

This store needs a definite upgrade. It's is the worse chicken fil a i have ever been in. Im not a huge fan of the food. But I will give credit where credit is do. Almost every location i have been to is clean and the service is great. Just wish I liked the food better.

This is honestly the most incompetent chick fil a I have ever visited. I was waiting in line for NO one to help me. A staff member even walked away from me at first. My frosted coffee was quite nasty, dare I say disgusting. Not even worth it. I asked for a remake and turned out the exact same. Yay😁!! How awesome!! I asked for EXTRA HONEY BUTTER on two out of the three packs of my chicken minis. Somehow, not a single one received extra honey butter. Laughable, truly. I wish I could give the note of saying the CFA was busy at that moment when I walked in, but it wasn’t. There was only two tables full, and maybe 4 cars in the drive thru. I ordered three meals, is that really that hard? This chick fil a is seriously idiotic. Glad to say I don’t live here and frequent here.

I had a very concerning experience at the Chick-fil-A. After finishing my drink, I discovered a hair inside the cup. I immediately informed the manager, expecting an apology and a professional response. Unfortunately, she did not apologize, appeared unconcerned, and only offered me a drink refill. Given the seriousness of the issue, I was disgusted and declined. What was most disappointing was not just the lack of cleanliness, but the lack of accountability and care from management. This reflects poorly on the standards of the restaurant and raises concerns about overall food safety practices. My husband & I stopped here for lunch on the way home. We did take out w/ drive-thru. We spent $18 & change for chicken strips, waffle fries, a chicken sandwich, & a drink. The food tasted great🤩, came out hot, & in a timely manner. The employees were well dressed in their uniforms, & the customer service was on point! Very friendly while being effective & efficient at their jobs. The wait going thru the drive thru was not very long at all. They did great at keeping the line moving along at a steady pace. I definitely recommend you stop in for a bite to eat when you're in the area, you won't regret it...!! I give 2👍thumbs up👍 for sure
