This is probably the worst location I’ve been too. I ordered a side salad and they gave me old lettuce and tomatoes. I didn’t eat it because I didn’t want to get food poisoning. My chicken was sweet and i don’t think I’ve ever had sweet chicken from any chick fila. Idk about the atmosphere, i just picked up my food but literally didn’t get to eat lunch because of this…

Very unsanitary conditions at this location, and extremely poor customer service. I was picking up doordash, first time at this location, most in the area you just go inside and tell the person working the cash register you have a DoorDash. The man at the counter rudely told me I have to pick it up outside and the window. Strange, as I was the only person in the whole lobby. I went outside, the girl looked at me through the window, but wouldn’t help me. Maybe 6-7 minutes later she finally opened the window and asked what I needed. The alarming thing is what I witnessed while waiting to be acknowledged. The lemonade dispenser (which they had taken apart) was absolutely DISGUSTING. Both of the ice freezer doors were left open too, not ok as insects and virus from employees sneezing and cough

5/16/25 8:20hrs <$6. I ordered their breakfast bowl chicken thinking it was high protein. I was wrong! It should be called hash brown bowl. Where is the egg? And where is the chicken? Horrible! I should have ordered or gone somewhere else. Look at the photos for yourself.

WORST EXPERIENCE: Ive been eating at chic fil a since my young adult days , im now in my thirtys , this is by far the WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT CHIC FIL A , first i order i tell the young lady taking my order i want wheat bread instead of the regular bread for my spicy chicken sandwich, i wait for a good thirty minutes in drive-thru , finally get my order , drive all the way down the street get ready and bite my sandwich and its not wheat bread , drive back and they correct my order , but instead they give me a chicken breast that practically has little to no meat its basically all crust , i absolutely hate coming to this specific location it sucks. I can promise you i wont be back , ridiculous.

This is what $10 of grilled chicken (ordered 12 pice but only got 10) looks like. I also waited 5 minutes at the front counter before one of the many people who walked by decided to stop and take my order.
