Chick-fil-A

I was having a horrible lunch break after spilling vinaigrette all over my scrubs and driver seat, so I headed over to chick-fil-a to pick something up for lunch. Scott took my order and was so nice to help me out. He gave me a cookie and some wet wipes to clean up. I know to some people that isn't a lot but he didn't have to do that for me. He helped me when I wasn't looking for help. Everytime I come here I'm treated so well and the employees are so kind.

I always order an egg biscuit with cheese extra butter. Sometimes I add an egg white. That's it.. Nine times out of 10 they get the order wrong and I have to send it back. This time they were running a promotion for a free Chick-fil-A chicken biscuit. The order taker decided to put the fact that it was free at the end of his speech, but because I didn't want to waste any food and didn't have anybody to give it to, I declined in the very beginning and then quickly changed my mind because I did in fact have somebody in mind to give it to. He thought it was because I heard the word free that he saved til the end. He made a mocking gesture which made me feel manipulated and mocked AND he didn't get my order right. Most of the time the order takers are very endearing. Not this one. And I wish t

I normally love Chick-fil-A but the service here was awful. The employee had me tap pay at the ordering stand, but he forgot to add the side chicken, so instead of letting me pay for it separately they cancelled that payment and had me pay again at the main window, mind you that first payment won’t be back into my account for 7 business days. Not everyone has money they can just wait that long for when it should have never left my account to begin with. They were extremely rude about it too when I was trying to ask how long it would take to refund, she just kept saying that it should be pending, but I had to call my bank to find out I won’t see it for 7 days.

This Chick-fil-A location was absolutely awesome! The staff was so friendly and personable, and the manager, Scott, really went above and beyond. He took the time to chat with us and even shared a bit of the restaurant’s history, which made the whole visit extra special. It was such a fun experience for me and my kids —

We have been to this CFA before, and is always a friendly location. Food is always good! I have to mention their Christmas decorations are sooo nice! You can tell that someone put a lot of love into creating that nice atmosphere for Christmas time!
