Chick-fil-A

Sent my husband to get 2 Large fries for me and he came home with these! See pics below! Not even half way full!!! I thought he was given someone’s leftover!!! I drove back and explained to one of the supervisors what happened nicely, not only she didn’t even say sorry about this, she ROLLED HER EYES! Is this chick fil a service??? They didn’t give me new ones , which was fine, they threw a few pieces fries in the same bag and said here you go! I will still just go to the location off 281 where my work is, never this location again!!!

I know it's a new location so I was giving them my patience but that ran out when I got home and saw my sandwich was completely wrong. I pull up to the drive thru and I am delighted to see a manager helping Julieta take my order. She did amazing, she was kind and listened closely. She got my order correct. When I got to the pick up window, I received my order but was boxed in by the car in front of me for 10 minutes till the staff fumbled around and got them their order. The order Julieta created was correct which is what is shown on the bag. What I received was a biscuit w egg cheese no meat? The drive thru staff needs training.

Drive-Thru is consistently busy and slow, although that’s not unusual for Chick-Fil-A. What’s more of a bummer is their Mobile-Thru lane (made for cars who ordered ahead) feels just as slow in spite of the fact that it’s supposed to expedite the process. Been here a couple times, gotten stuck in the Mobile-Thru each time. They’ve gotten my orders wrong before, and they’ve (multiple times) only filled a large fry about halfway. Why would I even bother ordering the large at that point? Honestly, really expected higher standards and better from Chick-Fil-A, especially a new location trying to make a good first impression. But I can’t help but be disappointed. Hope to see some improvement from the team and staff in the future, but for now it’s a pretty sorry experience. EDIT as of 11/12/25:

Update. Today's visit was just as bad as the last. Are they hiring for a new KM because let me show you how to do it right. Why am I being charged for all ingredients if youre not getting the full or even part of the portion??? Added new pic of my breakfast this morning. Next time ill just endure 35 traffic to get to a better location. Stopped on my way to work to get a breakfast bowl. And there's literally a few pieces of chicken, and a few pieces of hash brown. Not to mention the wait time. Maybe it's a monday for the b.o.h. but this is unacceptable. And to be charged full price.....

It looks big and fancy and new on the outside but I’m not impressed. The line took forever with just one person taking orders. They didn’t have the same level of kind customer service I usually receive at a chick fil a. I had one simple request of no pickles and they gave extra pickles! My son won’t event eat it now. What a waste. I’ll wait a bit before giving it another shot.
