Chick-fil-A

I will start by saying that I absolutely never write reviews but this is insane and completely unacceptable. This afternoon my girlfriend and I went through the drive through and ordered some dinner to bring back home. Included in the order was the Kale Crunch Salad. When my girlfriend was eating the salad she almost choked on what appears to be a condom, though it's most likely a finger of a clear glove. She had to pull it out of her mouth and was obviously freaking out about it and so am I. We can't even eat our food now because we're so disgusted. I tried calling the store, not just to vent my frustration but also to warn them of possible other contamination, only for the phone line to redirect me to the corporate line (which was already closed). Hi, I actually went to eat at this place. The service was terrible, very poor, the employee was grumpy. The bun on my burger was cold and hard, you could see it crumbling or breaking when you grabbed it. The chicken inside was cold and hadn't completely defrosted. For the price, you expect quality and service, but you get the opposite. There are better options. Bad :(

This used to be my favorite location but over the past year it has really gone downhill. 9 out of 10 times there will be a mistake on my order. The most recent occurrence was I ordered a spicy southwest salad and it wasn't until I got home that I realized they forgot to put chicken in it (which it is supposed to contain by default). I'm not sure if it's new management or new staff, but they are very careless with orders and it is unacceptable.

This is the worst Chick-fil-a in Ventura county. They wouldn’t give me a box to put my sandwiches in so they don’t end up all soggy. The employees have a sour attitude. I didn’t receive my drink and went in to ask for it with no ice and they gave it to me 2 minutes later with ice. Filled 90%. Plus I paid extra for strawberry. Totally disappointed. I asked again for no ice and the employee acted like it was my fault. I clearly told her before. Anyway, will not be coming back here. Terrible terrible franchise location.

They are always so nice with their customer service at Chick-fil-A. They were prompt with our online order and it tasted yummy. Plus the kids got to go on the play area.
